Platform: Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 (X64) OS Language: English (United States) Loaded Profiles: Eric (Available profiles: Eric) Scan result of Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) (圆4) Version: 16-05-2015 02 Should I do anything else to make sure the malware is gone? Thanks I have also ran Norton, Microsoft Safety Scanner, and Geek Squad's scanner (Webroot Secure Anywhere) once each. I have since ran Malwarebytes, MSE, and Malwarebytes Anti-Root kit multiple times. I then installed Microsoft Security Essential. Trojan.Zaccess HKLM\Software\wow6432node\classes\clsid\\Inprocserver32 I did not see anything in Ccleaner that looks for malware. Malwarebytes found the trojans listed below. They recommended Malwarebytes and Ccleaner. A few days ago, I had a pop-up window come up that said something like “Payload successfully test.” Norton would not start, so I took the computer to a computer repair place.
